Accessibility Statement
La Poste Groupe is committed to making its websites, intranets, extranets, software solutions and mobile applications accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
To this end, it implements the following strategy and address: La Poste Group's Multi-Year Digital Accessibility Action Plans.
This accessibility statement applies to the Whistleblowing platform (Alerte éthique), www.alerte-ethique.laposte.fr.
Compliance Status
The Whistleblowing platform, www.alerte-ethique.laposte.fr, is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Reference Framework (RGAA), version 4.1, due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.
Test Results
The accessibility audit conducted by La Poste revealed the following:
- Percentage of criteria met: 60.46% (compliance rate).
- Average compliance rate for the website: 88.3%.
- Therefore, the conclusion is: Accessibility: Partially Compliant.

- Decorative images not ignored (incorrect ALT attributes).
- Contrast (text, graphic elements [normal, hover, focus]) below expected ratios.
- Misuse of columnheader roles outside tables.
- Lack of alternatives (on certain pages) when JavaScript is disabled.
- Non-explicit or missing button labels.
- No voiceover on interactive elements.
- No voiceover on modal openings.
- Incorrect identification of the type of certain fields.
- Some modals are not properly isolated.
- Interactive elements inaccessible via keyboard navigation.
- Incomplete <title> tags on pages.
- Text in English (without change in language) or without warning.
- Absence of <h1> titles on some pages (and sometimes no title at all).
- Focus on some elements not visible.
- Incorrect links between labels and form fields.
- Keyboard trap in modals (unable to exit).
- Misuse of tags for formatting purposes.
- Links insufficiently distinct from adjacent text.
- Some PDFs lack accessible alternatives.
